"From this class, I have learned how to relax and let my body do what it was designed to do. Linda is an experienced instructor who explained the concepts very clearly in class. I am looking forward to putting the techniques to use with the birth of my baby. Regardless of the outcome, I have learned some relaxation techniques that can be used not just in birthing but in all areas of my life."
