The first World Hypnotism Day happened in back on January 4th, 2006, with the mission of removing the myths and misconceptions while promoting the truths and benefits of hypnotism to the people of the world. Hypnosis offers a life-changing opportunity: a way you can choose to write new chapters in your life, put aside fears, and change what you believed was unchangeable. Now 15 years later, WHD events are still hosted by different hypnotists (independently or in groups) around the world each year. Some events are face-to-face held at a local community venue. But with all this new internet technology that has emerged over the past decade, many of us opt to gather and celebrate via social media "live" feeds or by hosting webinars.
This year I partnered with some of my colleagues via Zoom video conference, and our event was recorded as a webinar replay. Topics rage from Hypnosis for ADHD, to Grounding, to Walking the Labyrinth, and Wishing on a Star -- and more!
Guest speakers (in order of appearance) include:
We each were allotted 10 minutes to share something with our colleagues as well as other attendees who either joined us live that evening or would watch the replay version afterward. My topic was on "Hypnosis for ADHD", and I presented towards the end, 2nd to last in our line-up of expert speakers.
Enjoy all of the knowledge shared by each of us!
