I offer private hypnosis sessions for assisting you in resolving all issues/problems and achieving personal goals ~ such as making healthy lifestyle changes for weight loss, smoking cessation, sleep improvement, pain management, and increasing confidence & self-esteem. General interest in Guided Imagery for Relaxation as well as Past Life Regression are also available.  

In person sessions are held at my Main Office in Lunenburg
Telephone sessions for most issues and goals can also be conducted just as effectively via SKYPE, Google Hangout, or Facetime

The Great American Smokeout is held on the 3rd Thursday of November every year.  That means this year it lands on Thursday November 20th, 2014.  Are you ready to stop smoking? Have you tried other methods to quit, but been frustrated that you still haven’t been able to break your smoking habit? Hypnosis is totally different – it addresses the mind at an subconscious level and releases the underlying reasons for why you really have continued to smoke – so that both your conscious and subconscious minds are finally ready and willing to give up smoking for good. Come to this group session and quit – once and for all!

In order to lose weight
, and then keep that healthy weight, means changing your behaviors and making better choices.  However, this does not have to be difficult to accomplish, so long as the changes are made not just consciously, but also at the subconscious level – where your whole mind is aligned toward achieving your goal. dealing with pain from a
chronic illness or disability, healing after an operation or injury, or even if you just have a headache, it is useful to remember that there is a psychological component to the perception of pain, which means that you can influence how you experience it.  Pain is something that can be significantly altered using mind-body techniques like hypnosis, which have been shown to work by lowering the brain's response to pain signals.

(NOTE: Pain is an important signal from the body that something needs attention. Since the causes of pain are many, accurate medical diagnosis and treatment by a licensed medical professional should always be sought before using hypnosis.)

In this workshop
, you will learn some powerful techniques using Hypnosis, Guided Imagery, and NLP to help you have better control over your experience of pain, so you can feel comfortable in spite of your condition and have it become a manageable aspect of your life.

HypnoBirthing® Classes

The HypnoBirthing® program
consists of 5 classes, each 2.5 hours long, held once a week for five weeks. Expecting mothers can take this course at anytime during their pregnancy, although they usually are encouraged to take HypnoBirthing® classes early in their 2nd trimester, so that through practice, the techniques learned become second nature and can be called upon automatically to produce calm relaxation in both mind and body.  Even if you are late in your pregnancy and are just finding out about HypnoBirthing®, you should still contact me — many mothers desiring to birth their baby naturally have learned these techniques effectively even with only a couple weeks to practice, and had wonderful birth experiences.  If necessary, I can arrange to teach the classes over a shorter period of time.

Manifest Your Heart's Desire:Dream Catcher Image
Vision Board & Guided Meditation

“A picture is worth a thousand words” is so very true to the subconscious mind. To reach goals with less effort and more success, you have to communicate to your inner mind in the language it understands best ~ imagery! In this workshop, you will focus on a dream you have for yourself, a vision for your future. It could be about finding the man of your dreams, or bringing more fun & happiness into your marriage, having children, going on a special vacation, changing careers, perhaps even starting your own successful business, or planning for retirement.

Whatever your dream is, we will help you put it into images that your subconscious will respond to by creating a vision poster. You will then be guided in a group mediation to further the process of manifesting your heart’s desire.  Please bring with you a notebook and pen, as well as some photographs and any old magazines you have for clipping images and words for your dream board.  (Craft supplies including more magazines, poster board, glue, scissors, glitter, colored markers, etc will be provided by the instructor.)


Many people believe that after we die, we are reborn again into a new life, and that the life we are living now is interconnected to those we have previously lived. Are you curious about your past lives? Who were you, where and how did you live? Learning something about those lives you have already lived, is about getting to know yourself better – your strengths, weaknesses, skills, talents and abilities, connections to other human beings, the origin of current behaviors or feelings, and even to find purpose and direction in your life. By gaining insight and wisdom from your past life experiences, you can achieve a greater understanding of how to improve situations and move forward in this current life.

In this workshop, you'll be guided into a relaxed state using hypnosis so you can connect with your subconscious mind and journey back in time to explore your past lives. Afterward there will be time for sharing the results of your journey with others in the group. Please bring a notebook and pen with you to record your thoughts after each journey.
